AlmondTill/G3N

For retailers replacing an existing POS or retail system

You've outgrown your retail system.

It still works — it just makes everything harder than it should be: stock you can't quite trust, reports that live in spreadsheets, a bill that grows every time you grow.

There's a way forward: one engine for catalog, stock, checkout, payments, pricing, promotions, and the books behind them — every part of your operation finally in agreement. The till your whole business runs on.

$15/month

That's the whole platform fee for your whole business — every feature, every user, every register, every location, no slice of your sales — and $10 of it comes back each month as included usage; work beyond that is metered transparently. If that sounds too cheap to be true, good: everywhere a catch could hide is answered below.

Start your evaluationWhere's the catch?

Onboarding is a controlled first wave by design: start with one location or one workflow, prove every part on your own data, and expand when you're satisfied — your current system stays untouched while you evaluate.

What the $15 buys

The whole retail operation on one engine — every part covered in full further down; here's the shape of it:

catalog & stock · checkout · payments & tenders · pricing, tax & promotions · purchasing & transfers · customers & loyalty · the books behind them all

And the part that makes it a planner, not just a till: built-in intelligence that suggests replenishment, rebalancing, allocation, and markdowns from your real sell-through — showing its reasoning, moving nothing until you approve it. See everything that's inside.

Fifteen dollars? Where's the catch?

Fair question — at this price you're supposed to look for one. Here is everywhere it could hide, in plain words:

Support? Your first 90 days of human help are included, Aldric — the built-in consultant — stays free after that, and a staffed incident is $50, agreed with you before work starts — while anything that's our fault is always free. We make the system need less help; we don't charge more for it.

The meter? You read it yourself, any time, in plain words and plain kernels — and in a quiet month the bill stays the flat $15.

Your sales? No transaction fees, no percentage, no per-user, per-register, or per-location charges. Whatever your payment processor charges is between you and them.

Your data? One open API and a permanent record you can always read — nothing is held behind our screens, and nothing stops you from taking it with you.

The fine print? It's on this page, not behind a sales call: the month's included kernels expire with their month; kernels you buy never expire but are non-refundable; moving purchased kernels between groups needs our written approval. All of it printed in full further down.

How switching works

Nothing about it is a leap: AlmondTill/G3N runs beside your current system, on your own data, and you expand only when the numbers agree — headless first, AI first, API first at every step.

  1. Apply, and a person answers. Every application is read by a human; your account arrives by reply, and your first 90 days of human help are included.
  2. Bring your data — three honest paths. Hand the wizards what you have — a price list, a supplier sheet, product photos, as PDF, images, text, or CSV — and the built-in intelligence drafts the fields for you to check, record by record, before anything is written. Have volume? The same open API takes your catalog, purchase orders, receipts, transfers, and stock counts from your own tools or your assistant. And our people do the data work with you when you ask — included while you get set up. And nothing is taken on faith: your catalog can be tried dry first — the API rehearses each create or update and answers with the refusals before anything is written.
  3. Run one location or one workflow beside your current system. Receive, count, price, and report on real days — through the back office, your assistant, or the API — and compare the numbers. Nothing in your old system changes.
  4. Expand when you're satisfied. Add locations and workflows on the same $15 — your base fee never rises when you add users, registers, or locations.

Every step leaves a record you can read — what was created, by whom, when — on the same permanent log as everything else.

Why not the usual platforms?

You know the names. Here's the difference, plainly:

Most of the usual platforms price per register, per user, per location — then take a slice of every sale on top.
AlmondTill/G3N is $15 a month, flat — and $10 of it comes back to you as that month's kernels, paying for the work you meter. No slices. Your base fee never rises when you add users, registers, or locations — and in a quiet month, the bill stays the flat $15 with the month's included kernels barely touched.
They ship a thin core, then send you to an app store to buy the rest — the patchwork, sold back to you one subscription at a time.
Everything is in the box here: promotions, real tax, transfers, loyalty, purchasing, the books. One engine, no seams to pay for.
They keep your capability behind their screens and your data behind their walls.
Nothing here is screen-only. One open API and a permanent record you can always read — your business, portable by design.
They added an AI feature. We built an AI-first platform.
Assistants don't get a widget — they get a seat at the till, with only the permissions you assign: your real numbers, real work prepared for you, in your own workflow — every action tracked, budget-capped, and auditable.

One engine. No seams.

Most retail stacks are a patchwork — a till from one vendor, inventory from another, spreadsheets holding it together. Every seam costs you: stock that doesn't match the shelf, prices that don't match the promise, tax worked out twice.

AlmondTill/G3N is built as a single engine on a single record of truth. The counter, the stockroom, and the books read the same facts — so they can never disagree.

Plenty of platforms will sell you everything in one place, more or less. A bundle isn't the difference — what the system does with it is. AlmondTill/G3N comes with the workflows built in: receiving lands the stock, the stock feeds the books, sell-through drives the buying suggestions. The till carries the work between the parts, instead of leaving you to be the glue.

And because it's AI-first, even moving in feels human. Bring what you have — spreadsheets, exports from the old system, a binder of price lists — and the built-in intelligence does the tedious shaping while you check its work. It's the same rule as everywhere in AlmondTill/G3N: it does the work, you approve it.

Built for merchants

Not for feature checklists. Not for demo day. AlmondTill/G3N is built for the person who opens the shop, counts the drawer, stands behind the counter, and answers for the numbers — whether that's you at one till or your team across a hundred stores. Every screen, every suggestion, every price on this page was decided by one question: does it help a merchant do more with less?

Fifteen dollars a month. Ten of it comes back to you.

The point of one engine is doing more with less — less cost, less complexity, less wasted time. So the price is simple: $15 a month for your whole business, whether you run one register or a thousand stores — and $10 of it comes straight back to you every month as kernels, the till's prepaid metering unit. No transaction fees. No percentage of your sales. No per-user, per-register, or per-location charges. Whatever your payment processor charges is between you and them.

$15/month

Every feature, every user, every register, every location. Nothing is fenced off behind a bigger plan — there is no bigger plan.

Ten dollars of it is already work

Every month, $10 of your fee lands in your till as that month's included kernels — like a phone plan's included minutes, built into the price. Each bit of work the till does for you (ringing a sale, updating stock, running a report) draws a tiny, known number of kernels — the till's metering unit, a million of them a dime and less in bulk — and you can read the meter any time, in plain words and plain kernels. The month's included kernels are used first, automatically; what the month doesn't use expires with it. Need more? Top up any time — kernels you buy are yours for good: they bank and never expire. And in a quiet month the meter barely moves and the bill stays the flat $15.

$10 of every month returns as that month's kernels · kernels you buy bank, never expire · pay per task · read the meter any time · top up in bulk for less

Everyday guidance is part of the subscription: Aldric, the built-in consultant, there for any user — from "how do I receive this purchase order?" to how to run your shop better on AlmondTill/G3N.

What a month actually looks like at four sizes, priced the way the meter prices them; the included 90 days of human help and the handholding plans; the Stripe give-back that hands our processing cut back to merchants who stay — the pricing page carries all of it. Know a shop that needs a better till? Referrals earn real money on their subscription and their usage — fifteen of them and yours pays for itself.

Every price on this page is in US dollars.

Built AI-first

AlmondTill/G3N isn't a program you're locked inside — it's a platform your tools can drive. Everything the till does lives on one open API, so AI assistants like Claude Cowork or Codex can work the back office with you: answer questions from your real data, prepare orders, chase down a discrepancy, draft the promotion calendar — with only the permissions you assign, every action tracked and auditable, and spending capped by the budgets you set. Our own screens are included; the same API lets your tools work alongside them.

A till that does the thinking

AlmondTill/G3N's built-in intelligence works your numbers the way a good planner would — and shows its work. Replenishment suggestions from real sell-through. Store-to-store rebalancing before a stockout costs you the sale. Allocation that puts new stock where it will actually sell. Markdown plans that protect margin instead of panic-cutting it. Dated price lists and sale schedules that keep every channel honest.

And none of it is a black box: every suggestion shows the reasoning behind it, every rule is yours to question and adjust — by store, by season, by brand — and nothing moves until you approve it. The system suggests; you decide. Open-to-buy planning and demand forecasting are next, on the same foundation.

Built different

One API for everything

Nothing is screen-only. Anything the till can do, your systems can do — the same operations, the same rules, no side doors.

Strict by default

Bad data is refused at the door with a clear, auditable reason — not discovered in your books at month-end.

Built to last

Every change is an event on a permanent log. Your records can be replayed, audited, and trusted — years later.

Headless first

The entire platform is an API. Our own screens are just consumers of it — and so is anything you build. Connect your storefront, script your back office, automate the boring parts.

{ products { items { sysId caption status } } }

A real query, straight off the wire — 1000+ operations, one schema, no side doors.

What's live today — and where this is going

Headless first, AI first, API first: the engine is the product, and every screen — ours or yours — is a consumer of it. Here is what runs today, and what lands next on the same $15, as it ships.

Live today

  • The engine and its open API — 1000+ operations on one schema: catalog, stock, checkout, tenders, returns, receipts, purchasing, transfers, pricing, tax, promotions, customers, loyalty, the books.
  • The back office — the screens your team runs the business from, built on the same API.
  • The register — a browser point of sale inside the back office: pair a device, open the till, sell, take cash and card, handle returns, close the till.
  • AI assistants at the till — Claude Cowork, Codex, or your own, through the API's MCP doorway, with only the permissions you assign.
  • Agentic commerce — AI shopping agents buying from your shop over the open UCP standard: your shop's own address serves the standard's business profile, catalog, checkout and orders, and signs every order notification back to the platform. You decide what is listed, at what prices, where it ships, and which platforms may call.
  • Aldric, the built-in consultant, and the planning intelligence — replenishment, rebalancing, allocation, markdown plans — suggesting, and moving nothing until you approve it.

Coming — on the same $15, as it ships

  • Point of sale on Stripe's smart readers, and the register as native apps on Android, iPhone, and iPad — the browser register is live today. The checkout engine behind them is live today on the API — orders, tenders, returns, receipts — for your tools and assistants to drive.
  • Your own online storefront — sell on the web from the same catalog and stock.
  • Richer reporting and BI feeds into the tools you already use.
  • A marketplace of integrations — ours and others' (each with its own terms and pricing).

The full picture — every area, every surface, read from the system's own registry: what's live today.

Fair questions

When can I start?

We're onboarding a first wave of merchants now. Apply today — a person reads every application, your account details arrive by reply, and you start as small as you like: one location or one workflow, on your own data.

How does my data move over?

Three ways, all on the same engine. Hand the wizards what you have — a price list, a supplier sheet, product photos, as PDF, images, text, or CSV — and the built-in intelligence drafts the fields for you to check before anything is written. Push volume through the open API from your own tools or your assistant. Or ask our people to do the data work with you — included while you get set up. Your catalog can be tried dry first — the refusals come back, in plain words, before anything is written. Your current system keeps running, untouched, while you evaluate. How switching works, step by step.

What does it cost?

Fifteen dollars a month for your whole business (all prices in US dollars) — with $10 of it returned to you every month as that month's included kernels, covering what the system actually does for you — metered openly in kernels, a million of them a dime, less in bulk. The month's kernels are used first and expire with the month; kernels you buy bank and never expire. No transaction fees, no percentage of your sales, no per-user or per-register charges. The pricing page shows what a month actually looks like at four sizes, the included human help and the handholding plans, and the Stripe give-back. Applying is free — no payment details, no billing obligation. Start your evaluation.

What if I need human help?

Your first 90 days include complimentary onboarding support — the same human help the handholding plan provides, included at the base price. And the honest goal is that you won't need us after: the whole system is engineered to drive the need for hand-holding to zero — guiding screens, strict checks that refuse mistakes with plain-word reasons, Aldric the built-in consultant on every screen, and meters and ledgers you can read yourself. When you do ask, staffed help is $50 per incident, agreed before work starts — or all-encompassing under a quarterly handholding plan.

What about payment processing?

Card payments run through Stripe, integrated out of the box. You can take payments with any processor you prefer — its fees stay between you and them; integrations beyond Stripe ride the open API or the coming marketplace.

What is the Stripe give-back?

Stripe shares a small part of its processing revenue with platforms like us. We give ours back to merchants who stay: after 12 consecutive months in good standing you get 25% of it back, 50% after 24, 75% after 36, and all of it after 48. Coming from our earlier products, FashionSense or RMS MultiFlex, in good standing? You keep 100% from the day your payments run on Stripe with us. And for a limited time, switching from another platform earns a 12-month head start after your first 12 months — 50% at year one, and every later tier a year early. The full program is on the pricing page.

Can I earn by referring other businesses?

Yes — every group can claim one referral code. A business that signs up with it gets 50% off the base fee for 3 months, and once we approve the referral you earn 20% of their collected base-fee overhead for as long as you both stay in good standing, plus 10% of their paid kernel consumption through their first year. Earnings settle your own bill first, automatically — fifteen referred shops and the till pays for itself. The full program has its own page.

Which shops is AlmondTill/G3N for?

The trades we serve fully today: fashion & apparel, health & wellness, home & living, hardware & garden, electronics & appliances, hobbies & leisure, vehicles & parts, and general & variety retail.

Does it replace my accounting software?

No — and it isn't trying to. AlmondTill/G3N keeps the complete operational record behind your retail business: every sale, stock move, tender, and tax fact, permanently. Your accountant's general ledger stays theirs — everything they need exports through the open API, and richer feeds into the tools you already use are on the roadmap.

What happens to my records?

Every change is an event on a permanent log — your books can be replayed, audited, and trusted years later. Bad data never gets that far: it's refused at the door with a clear reason.

Now onboarding our first wave

We're onboarding a first wave of merchants and review every application personally. It's a controlled first wave by design — start small, prove it on your own data, and expand when you're satisfied.

We're onboarding merchants in Canada, United States, Australia and New Zealand first — applications from other countries can't be accepted yet.

  1. Tell us about your shop. A few minutes, free — no payment details, no billing obligation.
  2. A person reads it. Every application, personally. Your account arrives by reply.
  3. Prove it on your own data. One location or one workflow beside your current system — expand when you're satisfied.
  4. Owners verify identity. Through Stripe, once ever — a verified account is never asked again, whatever you open next.
