Search with filter words, see every kind at once, and dig deeper

Type is:products status:active to open the filtered products list — the box says what it did not understand. “Search all kinds in Explore” shows every kind on one page, with more of each a click away. “Dig deeper” hands your words to the Dig lane. A Search guide joins the developer documentation.

Search everything from the header — one box, every kind of record

Press the search icon at the top of the office, or the / key, and type — two letters start the search. Records come back grouped by kind, and only the kinds your role can read. A GTIN, PLU or sku: code finds its item, and the office’s own pages show beside the records.

Back office

One search over every kind of record — on the command line and the open API first

Type a word, a code or an id once and find the products, vendors, contacts, brands and more that carry it, grouped by kind — no more searching one kind at a time. Only the kinds your role can read ever answer. The command line and the open API have it today; the search box in the office comes next.

Developer documentation: guides, use cases and a door from every page

The developer documentation at docs.almondtill.com now carries nine guides — authentication, your first call, paging, versions, errors, rate limits, dry runs, webhooks and the agent channel — and a use case for every play with its requests and responses; every public-site footer links it.

Draft every page of a wizard from the office, and see all your drafts in one place

On the item wizard or a catalogue wizard, describe what you are creating or attach your documents and press once — the assistant drafts every page in the background while you keep typing, and the pages fill in when ready. The new Wizard drafts page lists every draft to open, watch or abandon.

The engine · Command line · Back office

The draft notice now opens the wizard right away

Pressing “open the draft” on a ready-draft notice used to change the address but leave the draft page on screen until you reloaded. It now opens the wizard at once, with the pages filled from your draft.

Back office

A ready wizard draft now opens the wizard with its pages already filled in

Open a ready draft from its notice and the wizard opens with every page filled from the sheet — each value says where it came from and how sure the assistant was. Check every one, talk with the assistant beside the form to revise the pages, then create the record: the draft is taken into it.

The engine · Command line · Back office

Talk with the assistant about a wizard draft and get a revised sheet back

Once a wizard draft is ready, tell the assistant what to change — in your own words, with more documents if you like — and it answers briefly and hands back the whole sheet revised, in the background. The conversation stays with the draft. The command line has it today; the wizard panel follows.

The engine · Command line

Wizards can draft themselves from your documents — on the command line first

Hand the platform your notes or documents and it drafts every page of a wizard at once, in the background, then tells you when the sheet is ready. You review every value; nothing is saved for you. The command line has it today; the wizard pages follow.

A notice in your feed when a release touches your role

When the platform ships changes that name your role, one notice now lands in your feed on the day they ship, with a door to What’s new. One notice per release, never one per change, so you hear about what touches your work without checking the tab.

Back office

Release notes on the command line and the open API

The new changes command lists what shipped since any day you name, on the command line and through the open API, so your scripts and your assistants read the same release notes you do.

The engine · Command line

A What’s new tab on the office landing

The landing has a third tab beside Start and Activity: everything that shipped across the whole system in the last 90 days, newest first. The changes you have not seen yet are marked, and the tab carries their count until you open it.

Back office

Your AI usage ledger can be rebuilt from the permanent record

If a copy of your AI usage ledger were ever lost, we can re-derive it, every call and every day’s totals, from the platform’s permanent record of events. The figures you are billed on never depend on one table.

The engine

The AI usage page opens a day and shows every call

On the AI usage page, open a day to see each call your team made: what was asked, what the assistant understood, what it answered and what it cost. The feature chips narrow the day to one feature.

Back office

Every AI feature now shows what it understood

Wherever the office asks an assistant for help, one quiet line now reads “What I understood: …” before the answer, so you can see how your words were read before you act on them.

Back office

Every AI call is kept on your ledger

Each call your group makes to an assistant is recorded: the words you gave it, the context the office added, what it answered and what it cost. Owners and managers can read the ledger on the command line and through the open API.

The engine · Command line

A Start tab on the landing

The landing opens on Start: your common tasks and your training, cut to what your access allows. A switch at its foot lands you on Activity instead whenever you sign in.

Back office

A steadier office

One spacing scale now runs through every page, paired fields keep each other honest as you type, and the long pages carry a section index so you can jump straight to the part you need.

Back office

The second round of polish from the review

Clearer step sentences in the wizards, the Ask pop-out raised above the grid head, lists that always open with rows, the 72-hour wait explained on the public pricing page, and a return door on every record so you land back where you came from.

Back office · Public site

The first half of the second polish round

Five fixes the review ratified first: one look for every section heading, roomier rows in the tree with each relation said in words, a step strip on all four wizards with each step framed as a card, a clearer head on every play card, and one way of showing dates and times.

Back office

Thirty-six polish fixes from the first review round

The first review round’s fixes, shipped together: plainer refusal messages, clearer report words, a lead sentence on every page, tidier lists and forms, and dozens of small corrections to wording and layout across the office.

Back office

A tutor and a practice store for training

Ask the tutor a question about the lesson you are reading and get an answer grounded in the course. Then try the till on a practice store that touches nothing real, so a mistake costs nothing.

Back office · The engine

Training refreshers and requirements, swept daily

A daily sweep finds the people whose training is due or whose certificate needs a refresher, tells them, and shows owners and managers who is due, so nothing lapses quietly.

Back office · The engine

Training in the office

Courses, lessons, sittings and certificates each have their own pages under Master, and the training room lets you read a lesson, practise, and sit the test when a rule requires it.

Back office

Training on the open API and the command line

Courses, sittings and certificates can be read and driven by scripts: start a sitting, hand it in, read the certificate. The same training the office shows, for anyone building on the platform.

The engine · Command line

Courses built from the plays your role actually runs

Every course is derived from the plays your access allows, so a cashier learns the till and a manager learns approvals. Training always matches the work and never needs hand-maintaining.

The engine

A handbook generated for every role

The Handbook is generated from the system itself: every page, every act and every play your role can run, chaptered by area. It is always current and never hand-maintained. Open it from the (?) in the header.

Build a report over any list you can read

Pick a family, choose the columns and the filters, and run or save the report. Or describe what you want in plain words and let the assistant draft it for you. Reports export as a file too.
